Our Philosophy
At JP Kennels, we believe that every dog is unique and deserves individual attention and care. That's why we offer tailored services and treat every dog like they're our own. We personalize your pups experience with our large Suites and play area to give them plenty of space to roam and play safely.
Pricing, DISCOUNTS AND CANCELLATIONS
ALL INCLUSIVE BOARDING RATES
Effective October 1, 2026
- 1 dog- $50/night
- 2 dogs- $75/night ($37.50 per dog)
- 3 dogs- $100/night ($33.33 per dog)
- 4 dogs-$125/night ($31.25 per dog)
Multi-dog rates apply when dogs from the same household share the same suite.
DISCOUNTS
10% Courtesy Discount- Available to Military personnel, Educators, First Responders, and families who have purchased a puppy from our breeding program.
Discount Policy: One discount may be applied per reservation. Multi-dog rates are considered a discounted rate and cannot be combined with the 10% Courtesy Discount. The discount providing the greatest savings will be applied.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Regular Reservations:
48 + hours-No cancellation fee
Less than 48 hours -50% of reserved stay
No-show 100% of reserved stay
Holiday & Peak-Season Reservations:
A 3-night minimum stay may be required during designated holiday and peak periods.
7+ days'-No cancellation fee
Less than 7 days' -50% of reserved stay
No-show 100% of reserved stay
What we provide
- Large Suite with large patio and/or private yard
- Up to 3 feedings per day per the customers instructions
- Climate-controlled
- Supervised group play on our fully fenced 5-acre property with pond (weather permitting)
- medications will be administered as directed with no additional cost to our customers
- Indoor/Outdoor cameras
- Windows and continuous music
- Fresh, cold water in every suite
Owner Responsibility
- Food labeled with name, feeding schedule and amount per feeding. Container required, cannot accept full bags of dog food
- Medication labeled with name, amount, and when it should be administered
- Dog bed, blankets, favorite toys, collar, leash, and harness (if applicable) JP Kennels is not responsible for destroyed personal items
- Providing a local emergency contact
Vaccination Requirements
The health and safety of every dog at JP Kennels is our priority. Because our boarding facility shares a property with our Labrador breeding program and puppies, we maintain health requirements to help protect all dogs in our care.
- MANDATORY: Dogs must be current on Rabies, DAPP/DHPP, (Distemper, Adenovirus/Hepatitis, Parvovirus, & Parainfluenza) and Bordetella. Dogs must also be on a current flea/tick preventative. Veterinary records are required for vaccinations.
- STRONGLY RECOMMENDED: Leptospirosis (Lepto) vaccination, year-round heartworm prevention, and routine fecal testing.
Vaccinations and preventative care greatly reduce risk but cannot eliminate it completely. Our health requirements help protect your dog, our other boarding guests, our resident dogs, and the puppies raised at JP Kennels.

Standard Suite #2
4.5' x 7' Suite with 4.8 X 16 patio. This Suite does not include a private fenced yard; however, your pup will still enjoy scheduled potty breaks and playtime.
XL Private Yard Suite #3
4.5' x 7' Suite with 9.8 X 16 patio with sunshade. Large fully fenced play area with heavy-duty chain-link fence.
XL Private Yard Suite #4
5' x 7.5' Suite with 4.8 X 16 patio. Large fully fenced play area with sunshade and heavy-duty chain-link fence.
Private Run Suites #5-7
4.5' x 6' Suite with private dog run 30' X 5'.
Private Run Suite #8
7' x 4.5' Suite with private play yard 15' X 10'
Large Private Yard Suite #9
7' x 6' Suite with private play yard 15' X 10'
Multiple dogs from the same household may share a suite when space and temperament allow. Suite occupancy is based on the size and number of dogs to ensure every guest has adequate space to rest comfortably.
