PUPPY PICK UP & TRANSPORT OPTIONS

• Our preferred method of puppy placement is in-person pickup directly from the breeder. This allows for a smooth transition and ensures each puppy goes home healthy, prepared, and with all necessary information

• There is no additional cost associated with this option. The remaining puppy balance is due at pickup.

• Pickup will be scheduled by appointment on a mutually agreed date and time. At pickup, buyers will receive the puppy, health records, and care instructions, and have an opportunity to ask any final questions.

• The breeder may offer to meet the buyer for puppy delivery within up to 300 miles of ZIP code 67039, subject to availability and scheduling approval.

• Delivery fees are based on round-trip mileage from the breeder’s location and are as follows:

• 1–100 miles (round trip): $150
  101–200 miles (round trip): $250
  201–300 miles (round trip): $350
  301–400 miles (round trip): $450
  401–500 miles (round trip): $550
  501–600 miles (round trip): $650
   
• These fees cover the breeder’s time, mileage, and fuel.

• Payment Terms:
  The remaining puppy balance and delivery fee must be paid in full prior to the breeder’s travel. No travel will be scheduled or initiated until payment is received.

• Meet-up location and timing will be mutually agreed upon in advance. Once the puppy is delivered to the buyer, all responsibility transfers to the buyer.

Flight details: 

• Puppy will fly in cabin only (no cargo shipping)
   
• Puppy will depart from Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport (ICT)
   
• Destination airport must be approved in advance
   

Buyer Responsibilities & Fees:

The buyer is responsible for:

• Cost of the breeder’s round-trip airfare

• Airline in-cabin puppy fee
   
• Hotel accommodations for the breeder near the destination airport (if required)
   
• A $500 in-cabin delivery fee, which covers breeders time, meals, and airport parking.
   
• Payment Terms:
  The remaining puppy balance and all travel-related fees must be paid in full prior to the breeder boarding any flights with the puppy. No flights will be booked, and no travel will occur until payment is received.

• Once the puppy is delivered to the buyer at the destination airport, all responsibility transfers to the buyer.
